Cade Happold is a Wyoming Realtor with NextHome Rustic Realty – Team Happold, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families throughout Cheyenne and Southeast Wyoming.

Born and raised around real estate, investing, renovations, and entrepreneurship, Cade brings a modern business mindset and strong work ethic to every client relationship. Before transitioning into full-time real estate, he successfully owned and operated his own landscape business in Cheyenne for seven years, building a reputation for reliability, communication, attention to detail, and customer service.

Cade earned his Finance Degree from the University of Wyoming, giving him a strong understanding of market trends, property values, negotiations, and the financial side of real estate. Combined with hands-on business ownership experience, he brings a practical and strategic approach that helps clients feel informed and confident throughout the buying or selling process.

As part of Team Happold, Cade works alongside his mother, Kari Happold, and father, Mike Happold, combining generations of experience in real estate sales, investing, development, land projects, negotiations, and marketing. Together, the family focuses on creating a real estate experience that feels personal, professional, and relationship-driven.

Known for his responsiveness, approachable personality, and modern approach to marketing and communication, Cade specializes in residential homes, acreage properties, investment opportunities, relocation, and strategic home marketing throughout Wyoming.

Outside of real estate, Cade enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, hiking, and enjoying everything Wyoming has to offer. Deeply connected to the Cheyenne community, he takes pride in helping clients not only buy or sell a property, but find a place that truly feels like home.
