"Kari was absolutely phenomenal. She helped us sell our Cheyenne home/airbnb in one week with 4 offers! This was a second home for us and we had a lot of questions regarding the contract language since we were used to another state. She was so patient with us and her communication was beyond top-notch! Since we were doing this all while living out of state, she handled everything with ease for us. We literally never worried about anything and closing was a breeze!
